The Arve River

After following the path for about half a kilometre you will approach the main road and an avalanche tunnel on your left with a small road immediately ahead.

Cross over the small road rejoin the path heading back into the woods. The path starts to become thinnier and more rockier at this point.On the right is a stone bridge/tunnel structure for the train.

Follow the path as enters the woods. After another half a kilometre's walking you will approach some old stone ruins and a wooden bridge. Follow the signed path to the right following the sign for Petit Balcon Sud, Les Tines
