All guests enjoy our complete service, high standards and attention to your personal needs.

Catered Chalets & Lodges: A Skiers or Continental breakfast on all mornings (B&B), afternoon tea with freshly baked cakes on all days,

Dinner (3 course inc. house wine) is served on five out of seven nights for week long guests and on all but one night for weekend guests.

Towels & Linen are provided. Arranged on your behalf: Ski Schools, Private Instruction, Mountain Guides, Passes, Special Occasions and Special Needs.

Hotel & Self Catered Accommodation: Carefully selected accommodation and family owned hotels only. Self Catered welcome pack can be arranged,
Self Catered Accommodation: Towels are not included.

Transfers
  Although not included transfers can be arranged on your behalf to and from Geneva airport.
What’s not included
  Flights, transport, insurance, travel taxes, non EU visas, ski pass, equipment hire, instruction and mountain guides. Those travelling with small children and babies should confirm special needs.

BOOKING & DEPOSIT
  All bookings must be accompanied by a deposit cheque of £200 per person or full payment must be received if booking 10 weeks prior to arrival. All bookings must be paid in full 10 weeks prior to arrival. On receipt of full payment your booking is confirmed.
LIABILITY
  Parallel Worlds Ltd (PW’s Ltd) supplies accommodation only and is in no way responsible for travel arrangements and delays incurred regardless of form or reason. Transfers to & from the airports however can be arranged on your behalf. PW’s Ltd does not accept liability for the actions or omissions involved in accommodation arrangements over whom PW’s Ltd has no direct control.

  We have taken every care in compiling this website so you can obtain an accurate picture of your chosen accommodation & service.
CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION
  In view of the fact that arrangements are made many months in advance sometimes changes have to be made. PW’s Ltd will not cancel accommodation after the date of final payment received unless it is the result of and includes war, political unrest, weather, epidemics, natural disasters & acts of god.

If PW’s Ltd has to cancel accommodation on or before the final payment is due for reasons other than the above factors. PW’s Ltd shall offer the client a choice of alternative accommodation of a comparable rate and standard or a prompt refund will be made.

CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
  Cancellation must be received by recorded delivery. Cancellation will take effect on receipt of such notice. The following cancellation charges will be made and are a percentage of the total accommodation cost.

ALTERATIONS BY US
  It is unlikely that we will have to make alterations to your reservation but if it is in the clients best interest then we have the right to do so.
TRANSFER OF BOOKING
  If unavoidable you can transfer a booking to another party prior to arrival for a fee of £30 per person. Check your travel details.
INSURANCE
  All guests booking through Parallel Worlds Ltd must have a fully covered Travel, Medical & Accident Insurance. PW’s Ltd is not responsible for any loss or damage to the client in person or his/hers equipment.
DAMAGE CAUSED BY CLIENT
  All clients agree on making a booking, not to cause damage to any of the accommodation booked through PW’s Ltd. A client shall be fully responsible for any damages or loss and PW’s Ltd shall be entitled to recover the full amount of claims including the cost of repair.

Self Catered Damage Deposit. Self catered guests are required to pay in addition to the accommodation cost a damage deposit cheque of £300.00 made payable to Parallel Worlds Ltd. This cheque will be held in lieu of any damages and returned within 14 days of your departure date minus any costs. If any damage exceeds £300.00 then Parallel Worlds Ltd will be entitled to recover the full value and or costs of repair.
COMPLAINTS
  PW’s Ltd will make every effort to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and trouble free. If you are in any way dissatisfied then contact us in resort or write to our offices within 28 days of departure.
CONTRACT
  This contract is subject to our terms and conditions which are governed by English Law and both parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts at all times.
